Your Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc subscription contains the features described on our website based on the various levels of subscription.

Payment

Your Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc subscription is billed on the first day of service, and is automatically renewed monthly, or annually, depending on your original payment plan. If a credit card payment is declined, your account will stay active for seven (7) calendar days until an alternative payment is available. After seven (7) days your account will become inactive, and after ninety (90) days, all of your data will be permanently removed from our database.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc subscription at any time, and your credit card will no longer be billed. No subscription fees or pre-paid subscriptions will be refunded.

Limitations of Use

Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc makes no representation about the reliability, accuracy, availability or timeliness of the information our product supplies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no circumstance shall we or our suppliers be held responsible for any consequential damages for loss of use, data or profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the SeoToolsCentral product, or any other Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc product. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the SeoToolsCentral product, or other Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc products, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the use of our products.

Termination of Your Account

Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Toronto, Canada in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of Yesup Ecommerce Solutions Inc and our products.
